Reading the books Firm of the Future and Time’s Up allowed him to consider another way to find success in accounting. He began planning a new model of business centered on his passion for accounting.
Eventually, he left the rat race and leaped to start his own business Adams & Associates Accounting Advisors (A&A). A&A was founded on the idea of unlimited communication.
By removing the billable hour, the relationship between accountant and customer is more flexible and better suited to provide real, hands-on help.
